This package offers comprehensive weed management throughout the summer season. Alongside effective weed control, you'll receive three rounds of slow-release fertilizer, ensuring continuous nourishment for your lawn over an extended duration. As autumn approaches, you'll also benefit from an extra round of Liquid Aeration. This treatment serves as a soil conditioner, breaking down clay soil, enriching it with beneficial microorganisms, and enhancing water retention and air uptake.

This Package Includes:
3 Rounds of Weed Control
We use a liquid herbicide application on your lawn to control broad leaf weeds. Included in the price are 3 automatically scheduled rounds of spray herbicides.
The first 2 rounds will be broadcast spray, meaning we will cover the whole lawn. The last round will be a spot treatment to cover any weeds that may come up after the second round. There will be a waiting period of 5 weeks between rounds.
Because timing is important when applying herbicides, the weeds are sprayed when they're actively growing. This will ensure the active ingredients in the herbicides will reach the root zone of the weeds and effectively control it.
Within the first week of applying weed control, your weeds will start to wilt and desiccate. The rounds will be scheduled automatically and based on ideal weather conditions.
3 Rounds of Granular Fertilizer
Slow release polymer-coated fertilizer provides a steady and sustained nutrient supply to your grass over an extended period, promoting healthy growth and minimizing the risk of nutrient leaching.
Fall Soil Conditioner
Soil Conditioner is a dedicated spray application that works by populating the soil with microorganisms that break down thatch and organic matter, while at the same time providing multiple food sources for “microbes” and special enzymes to promote population growth!
By breaking the thatch it allows for soil to retain water and nutrients while allowing air to circulate.
This application is done end of September or early October.
Enriched Nitrogen
Our chemical spray herbicide not only contains the formula to make weeds disappear, but also has vital supplements such as Iron and Nitrogen that give your grass a quick nutrient boost it needs to stay healthy, green and strong.
Iron Suppliment
Think of iron as the supplement that give your grass it's color. The lighter your grass looks the less iron it has. We add Iron to the spray to give your grass a deeper green color.
Unlimited Weed Touchups
After we have completed the three rounds of weed control herbicides application and you notice new growth of weeds, you can request a service call and we'll come and spot spray the area of concern free of charge. This give you piece of mind and you can rest to assure there will be no extra charges beyond the what you're quoted.
